I already have a business and website, can I still use Sofia Health?

• Absolutely! We know you put a lot of time, effort, and resources into building your website and your brand. You can use Sofia Health to create and run your online business or you can use it in conjunction with your own website in order to fill your schedule gaps and book more clients.

How does Sofia Health make money?

• We charge a monthly subscription fee to our subscribing professionals who get access to platform tools. Practitioners are also charged a 2.9% + .30c transaction fee from Stripe.
• For those e-commerce sellers, you do not incur a monthly fee. You are charged a flat 20% fee to sell products via our marketplace. (If you are a practitioner and an e-commerce seller, we reduced the fees according to your tier!)
• Practitioners can set their own prices and work hours. We do not charge clients to use our marketplace. We do not take a transaction fee from the practitioners AND we do not take a fee for client leads!

Do you screen practitioners?

• We do not vet practitioners. Due to the evolving nature of licenses, certificates, difference in titles, federal and state requirements, we leave this to the professionals. Sofia Health, the platform, does not make any representation to the quality or ability of any registered health, wellness or beauty professionals.

What is the difference in service vs product?

• Services are your consultations. Products will be physical or digital goods you ship or email to your customers.

Where is the video?

• We do not have video integrated right now. It's coming soon! While we are working to get it integrated, you can use a free zoom account and enter your meeting link on your account page. This link will be emailed to the client before the scheduled meeting.

How long is the free trial?

• We give everyone access to all features free for 30 days. After this, we have to start charging. If you are interested in beta testing our new features, email support@sofiahealth.com.

How long until I get paid?

• We use Stripe to handle payments. The first payout for every new Stripe account is typically paid out 7 days after the first successful payment is received. This waiting period can be up to 14 days for businesses in certain industries. This delay allows Stripe to mitigate some of the risks inherent in providing credit services. After this initial delay, you can get payments as quick as 2 days (depending on what country you are in. Check out Stripe's support page for more information.
