Sofia Health was built out of my own personal struggle to find and schedule a wellness professional. As a pilot, forced to travel and live by an unpredictable schedule, the search and scheduling process was painful.  That's why it was important to me to create an easy to navigate marketplace for consumers to find & connect with the right practitioner anytime, anywhere, for the specific service they need.

I believe that healthcare involves more than a 10 minute, once a year visit with a physician. It should incorporate and address all aspects of our mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing, which requires personalized care and continuous effort to remain in alignment.
